As the old patch has some minor errors the new patch come up with fixing all of them.
you need to read the instruction given below clearly and understand them. Do it step-by-step as given, if not patch wont works.
• Remove KIS 2011 if Installed and Install fresh copy of KIS 2011 (Recommended)
• Please do not skip any steps, even reboots
